2. Products & Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of garment production.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SEVANY reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
4. Orders & Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.
SEVANY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been processed, a refund or store credit will be issued accordingly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
We offer shipping within Australia and internationally. International shipping availability may vary, and SEVANY reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain destinations.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. SEVANY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges associated with international orders.
6. Sales & Promotions
Items marked as sale or purchased during promotional periods are final sale, unless stated otherwise.
Discount codes, promotional offers, or other incentives cannot be applied to sale items unless explicitly specified. SEVANY reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where unauthorised discounts have been applied.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
SEVANY offers exchanges or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
If an item is received damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Each case will be assessed individually.
8. Australian Consumer Law
A. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product purchased from SEVANY has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a refund or replacement.
B. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
C. The Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees that apply to the purchase of goods, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and consistency with description.
D. SEVANY does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and Australian Consumer Law, Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
E. SEVANY’s exchange and store credit policy applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of SEVANY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEVANY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

When you publicly share content that features SEVANY products — including images, videos, reviews, or testimonials — you acknowledge that SEVANY may feature, repost, or otherwise use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

By sharing such content publicly, you grant SEVANY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and ongoing licence to use the content without the need for further approval or compensation.
