How long does shipping take?

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. As a small independent brand, we offer exchanges or store credit only, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

How do exchanges work?

To request an exchange, please email us at hello@sevany.com.au within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the word “Exchange” in the subject line. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

My delivery is delayed or missing — what should I do?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes and delays are outside of our control. We recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information for the most accurate updates. While we are happy to assist where possible, SEVANY is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping providers.
