At SEVANY, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. As a small independent brand, we take great care in creating garments we hope you will love and wear with confidence. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to support our customers through exchanges or store credit, as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, free from marks, stains, odours, or damage, and must not have been altered in any way. All original tags must remain attached, and items must be returned neatly folded in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you wish to request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at hello@sevany.com.au within 15 days of receiving your order. To help us assist you efficiently, please include “Exchange” or “Return” in the subject line of your email, along with your order number and reason for request.
Once your request has been approved and your return has been received, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit within 5 business days. Customers may choose to exchange their item (subject to availability) or receive store credit valued at 110% of the original purchase price, issued as a gift card. Store credit can be used towards a future SEVANY purchase and is our way of supporting our customers while maintaining sustainable operations as a small business.
Sale Items
Please note that sale items are final sale. Items purchased during promotional periods, sale events, or at a discounted price are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer free return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SEVANY is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@sevany.com.au as soon as possible, including your order number and clear images of the issue. All faulty item claims are assessed individually in line with Australian Consumer Law.
